Effective Date: 17.04.2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Paprclip Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("BottomStreet", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the BottomStreet mobile application, including all related documentation, content, and services made available through the App (collectively, the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, BottomStreet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control;
• Access and use the Services made available through the App, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Apple and Google Third-Party Terms

Apple Users

This EULA is between you and BottomStreet, not Apple. BottomStreet, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.

You agree that:

• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party have related to the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement;
• Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple shall have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Google Users

This Agreement is between you and BottomStreet, not Google LLC. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. BottomStreet is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support services.
